General Information - Bookings are made to dealers coming for the two full days only.
- Antique entry fee is $110 per space plus 13% HST (R 107853053). Please include payment with registration. A confirmation letter and other information will be sent to you.
- Tables are provided although any not returned will be charged to you at the current cost. You’ll need to bring your own chair.
- Display areas are pre-marked and numbered on Market Street, adjacent to Powell Park. Each space is approximately 12' x 12'.
- Overnight storage is the responsibility of the dealer. Security is provided overnight on both Friday and Saturday by the local Junior C hockey team executive.
Tables
Tables will be picked up on Sunday after 6 p.m. You will be charged for any table that is not returned. Space Allocation
Dealers will be allotted space on a first-come, first-served basis. Refunds
June 30 is the last day to cancel for a full refund. All cancellations must be in writing. Liability Insurance
All vendors must provide a copy of commercial general liability insurance for a minimum of $2,000,000 which waives third party liability against Norfolk County, the Port Dover Board of Trade and the Port Dover Summer Festival. All possible care will be taken; however, neither the Port Dover Summer Festival nor the Port Dover Board of Trade Inc. nor Norfolk County can be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods, or injury to persons, due to accident, theft, vandalism, or inclement weather conditions. Fire Safety requirements
Read and complete the Special Event Approval Form provided by Norfolk County Fire Department. NOTE: You must have the described fire extinguisher and either a tent label or factory certification that your tent meets a required degree of fire retardancy. Other Information - There is a telephone in the Band Shell for emergency use and checking credit card limits.
- Wash-up station and portable toilets are available. One portable toilet is wheel chair accessible but is the far side of the park from the antique market.
- Coffee and breakfast can be purchased from the Scout Booth in the park Saturday and Sunday mornings.
- The Festival will not be cancelled because of bad weather.
